We are able to offer a complete DPF removal package for all BMW and Mini DPF Filters.
There are a number of pitfalls to this, most notably is that the vehicle will no longer be compliant with EU4 or later emissions regulations.

The physical bypass is subtley done by opening the housing on a seam and reclosing with an inconspicuous weld. The software modifications involve remapping the existing software for the removal of the filter. An oil flush is performed as there is usually oil contamination when a DPF has been blocked, this is precautionary for best practice. Before returning your car to you, the technician will test drive the vehicle to check that the performance is faultless following the bypass procedure. A supervisor will then carry out quality control before the customer service agents are advised of the vehicles job completion.

When a DPF bypass is done the vehicle software needs to be modified for the filter no longer being present.
It has been known to do this by deleting large chunks of the error code tables so that no fault codes can be triggered.
Unfortunately this also affects other systems. We do the remap properly.
It takes time and is complex to achieve but there is no deletion of error codes involved.
We offer a software only package whereby you carry out the physical removal of the filter yourself elsewhere and we only perform the software modifications.
We also offer a software combi package whereby we perform a performance or economy remap at the same time at the dpf remap for a discounted price to having them done separately.
